I know I’m late on this and this is why I suck at making this a news site. Normally at this point I probably would have said “fuck it” and given up trying to blog on this topic but I’m trying to get myself more dedicated to this site since I am paying for it and I need the content and honestly I think it’s still a little cool.

Anyway, a few a days ago Jimmy Fallon was doing this whole thing on all the new stuff Nintendo is coming out on the Tonight Show, and they let Jimmy play the new Super Mario Run for iOS and they also let Jimmy play the new Zelda game for the new Nintendo Switch. As an added bonus Nintendo also had the creator of Super Mario Bros. and like every other major Nintendo franchise, Shigeru Miyamoto in the audience cheering Jimmy on.

Having Shigeru Miyamoto cheering you on is an honor itself, however I think the best part was when they had Shigeru show off his guitar playing skills by sitting down with Jimmy’s houseband, The Roots and playing the theme song from Super Mario Bros.

Like I said earlier, sorry for being late on this. I promise I’ll come back with more stuff later and I also promise I’ll make it a point to post more here. Until then enjoy the video Shingeru Miyamoto and The Roots doing their thing.
